Grape 56% Cinsault, 25% Syrah, 12% Grenache and 7%
Mourvèdre.
Tasting Color: Clean pale salmon color.
Nose: Fruity and floral notes such as apricot, grapefruit and red rosebuds.
Mouth: Lively acidity, fresh and juicy mouthfeel.
The grapes are carefully pressed and the free run juice is
decanted naturally at low temperature. All fermentations were made in stainless steel tanks, between 14Cº and 16Cº (57,2 Fº and 60,8 Fº). The wine was stored for 2 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Le Rose 2016 is an exciting Mediterranean blend of varieties. The Cinsault adds all its silkiness and it is the core of the wine with 56% of the blend, 25% of Syrah adds its fruit expression and spiciness, a 12% of Grenache brings its roundness and intense aromas of fresh fruit and flowers and finally a 7% Mourvèdre adds its velvety texture and complexity.
Service and food pairing: Serve ideally with aperitif, fresh salads, fish and seafood. Will also do well with bittersweet and spicy dishes such as ricotta cheese and chives empanadas and apricot with bacon. Serve from 9 to 11°C (49 to 52°F).
